Venues is a directory of 245 where the work sits at 46: two of every three venue-page opens land on a staffed venue, and 147 venues were not opened once in three months.
The venue directory of the Service Dashboard: every venue ANC services as a card, a row or a pin, with this week's events and open tickets on each. Every screenshot is the live page as a signed-in admin on the evening of 3 September 2026; every figure came from the dashboard database and page analytics the same day.

What the data says
| Fact | Number | What it means for the page |
|---|---|---|
| Share of all dashboard page views that are Venues, last 90 days | 1,002 of 12,488 | One view in twelve: 564 on a venue's page, 391 on the list, 47 on the map. Tickets, for comparison, is one in four. |
| Venues on the list, active, in the table | 245 · 246 · 257 | 11 are inactive and sit behind Show Inactive. One active venue is hidden because its name starts with DELETE: a WMATA record with 10 staff linked and 28 events in the last year. |
| Venues that require staff assignment (Staffing On) | 46 of 245 | The coverage bar, the assigned count and the 'need assignment' figure exist on 46 cards. The other 199 read 'Support only'. |
| Venue-page opens landing on those 46, last 90 days | 362 of 564 | Two in three, on 29 staffed venues. The 199 support-only venues took 190 opens across 70 of them. Nine of the ten most-opened venues are staffed: Fenway Park 63, Northwest Stadium 61, MetLife Stadium 42, Nationals Park 36, Rocket Arena 32. |
| Active venues not opened once in 90 days | 147 of 246 | Three fifths of the directory is never looked at, and every one of them is a full card on the first list. |
| Cards with no event this week | 131 of 245 | More than half the grid is a '0 EVENTS' card. In alphabetical order the first screen is 277 Park Ave, 2 Miami Central and adachielectric; Fenway Park, the most-opened venue, is four screens down. |
| Unapproved suggestions inside '406 events this week' | 165 of 406 | Two of every five events in the headline are AI-discovered suggestions still awaiting approval (241 are approved), counted the same as an approved event, on the cards too. |
| Behind '22 need assignment' | 22 venues | It counts venues, not events. Behind them are 94 unassigned events: staffed venues had 96 in the week and 2 had someone assigned. |
| Events at staffed venues with an assignment, last 12 months | 293 of 1,688 | One in six. Quinnipiac 0 of 99, Crypto.com Arena 0 of 92, Fenway Park 62 of 74. The coverage bar reads red on most staffed cards most weeks. |
| Venues with a schedule feed | 69 of 246 | 42 ticketing feeds, 6 team websites, 4 league schedules. Last sync: 25 succeeded, 36 partial, 8 failed, Fenway Park, Nationals Park, Toyota Center and Dodger Stadium among the failed. 98% of the 9,507 events in the last year came from feeds, calendars and league schedules, so a card's event count is the feed's. |
| Active venues with a market assigned | 27 of 246 | 219 cards read 'No market' though 15 markets exist. A logo is set on 39 venues, a venue manager on 43, a lead field rep on 13, a primary contact on 5. Sport, season start, CMS version, LED firmware and contract status: one venue each, so the Reference view's columns are empty on 245 of 246. |
| Venues with screens, equipment, documents or notes recorded | 4 · 2 · 5 · 8 | Behind the venue page's twelve tabs, for nearly every venue the page is Overview, Events, Staff and Tickets. Hardware, Software, Specs and Drawings have content on five venues or fewer; phone numbers on 55; walkthroughs on none. A generated briefing exists for 211. |
| Venues with at least one staff member linked | 67 of 246 | 138 active staff hold the links. 32 of the 46 staffed venues have someone linked; 14 do not. 50 of 188 active staff are linked to nothing, so My Venues shows them an empty page. |
| Active venues that have ever had a ticket | 150 of 246 | Of 2,023 tickets, WMATA alone has 454 and 296 have no venue. The open-tickets figure on a card is 0 almost everywhere: 43 are open dashboard-wide, 10 of them at WMATA. |
| Venue-page opens that arrive with no origin | 339 of 564 | A card opens its venue in a new browser tab and strips the origin, so the analytics cannot see the list-to-venue path. 34 arrive from a ticket, 6 from an event. 82 sessions used list and venue together, 20 the list only, 17 a venue only. |
| Venues with a pin on the map | 180 of 246 | 66 have none, and 59 of those have no address at all, so the Geocode button can only try 7, and the last run found 0 of 7. Opened 47 times in 90 days by 25 sessions. |

Page views by person exist only since 1 August 2026, when the dashboard began recording who is signed in; 179 of the 568 venue views since then came from sessions with no name. Nobody has Venues as their top page: it is opened from Tickets, Events and the dashboard, a few times a week each.
Questions the data raises
- Two lists in one. 46 staffed venues carry the coverage bar, assigned counts and 'need assignment'; the other 199 read 'Support only' and are opened a third as often. Should the page open on the 46 and keep the 199 as a directory?
- Alphabetical puts the wrong venues first. The first screen is 277 Park Ave, 2 Miami Central and adachielectric, none with an event this week, while Fenway Park is four screens down and 131 cards read '0 EVENTS'.
- '406 events this week' includes 165 suggestions. AI-discovered events awaiting approval count the same as approved ones in the headline and on every card. Should a suggestion count as an event before someone approves it?
- Assignment is 2 of 96. The coverage bar was red on almost every staffed card this week, and over the year 293 of 1,688 events at staffed venues had anyone assigned. Either assignment lives elsewhere and the bar should read from there, or the bar is right and the page should say so louder.
- Every open is a new browser tab. Ten venues looked at is ten tabs, and the analytics lose the list-to-venue path on 339 of 564 opens.
- The Reference view is empty. Sport, season start, CMS version, LED firmware and contract status are filled on one venue of 246. Is it worth a third view toggle, or should those fields be asked for when a venue is created?
- The map cannot fix what it points at. 66 venues are unmapped, 59 of them with no address; the Geocode button tries the 7 that have one and finds none, and the tiles are unkeyed. 47 opens in 90 days.
- 'No market' on 219 cards. 15 markets exist and 27 venues belong to one. Either markets get assigned or the line goes.
- Three WMATA venues, one hidden. The list hides a WMATA record because its name starts with DELETE, yet it holds 10 staff links and 28 events this year; the 454 tickets sit on a second WMATA, and a third, WMATA-Outfront, has 19 more.
