The Dashboard is the second most opened page, and it opens with an error on every load.
The landing page for managers: five counters, venue sync status, two alerts, today's timeline and workflow status. Shot signed in as an admin just after midnight on 4 September 2026; numbers from the dashboard database and page analytics the same evening.

What the data says
| Fact | Number | What it means for the page |
|---|---|---|
| Dashboard page views, last 90 days | 1,178 of 12,463 | Nearly one view in ten, and the top page for Charlie Dinh, David Leonardi and Antony Romanini. It is where managers start. |
| Errors thrown on every load, desktop and phone | 7 | The page renders one thing on the server and another in the browser, so the browser throws away the first paint and draws again. Nobody sees the error; everyone pays for it. |
| Login page views versus dashboard views | 1,897 versus 1,178 | The most viewed page on the whole dashboard is the login screen. Sessions are short and people sign in often. |
| Accounts that have ever signed in | 38 of 202 | The staff table is mostly technicians who have never opened the dashboard: 8 of 147 technicians signed in this quarter. |
| Counters on the first screen | 5 | Today's events, staff, open tickets, pending workflows, estimated labour hours. Staff reads 1 and labour hours 0 on this load. |
| Sports venues with a working event feed | 65 of 83 | Seven have services on with no feed configured, eleven are inactive. The sync panel is the one place this is visible. |
| Events today with nobody assigned | 3 | The two alert bars are the dashboard's only pointers into the work; both lead to Events. |
| People who saved a dashboard card layout | 2 | The cards can be rearranged and hidden; almost nobody has. |

Questions the data raises
- Seven errors a load. A hydration mismatch, most likely the date or a time rendered differently by the server and the browser. It is fixable in an afternoon and it slows every visit.
- Two front doors. The dashboard and the hub both claim to be the start. The rail links to both.
- The counters are not the work. Staff 1 and labour hours 0 say nothing on a Thursday night; the two alert bars do. What is worth a counter?
- The sync panel is the only health view. Seven sports venues have services without a feed. That fact lives here and nowhere else.
- Most of the roster never arrives. 164 of 202 accounts have never signed in. Either the dashboard is not for them, or the way in is not working.
